Our Team – Sarah Neumeyer

Public Affairs and Communications expert with extensive experience across the political landscape

Sarah advises with a clear focus on practical feasibility and essentials. With a degree in political science and more than 20 years’ experience in political communications, her work centres on making complex issues understandable, highlighting scope for action, and identifying target-group-oriented approaches in politics, administration, the media and the public sphere.

Most recently, Sarah served as Head of Public Affairs at a European infrastructure company in Germany, where she led political communications. Previously, she held management positions in companies and associations with responsibility for politics and/or communications. She also spent several years working in the German Bundestag.

Clarity, structure and reliability are core to Sarah’s approach. She sees herself as a translator between worlds – from politics, administration and business to civil society – and brings together diverse perspectives to reach viable solutions. A trained mediator, she skillfully manages conflict and facilitates complex coordination processes with a focus on results.

She supports organizations in public affairs and stakeholder management, develops strategic positioning, advises on political campaigns, and provides policy analysis and legislative tracking.

Sarah is the mother of two daughters and a keen fan of modern literature, baroque music and cats.
